Amazing staff at this car dealership, this was my first time ever getting a new vehicle. They treated me and my mother with the most respect and answered all of our questions during the whole process to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into,and also gave a great deal on my trade in. Candice was a great salesperson and did not once make us feel pressured to buy the vehicle right then and there. I am very happy with the vehicle, which is why my mother will be back there soon to purchase her a new SUV!

I have a 2009 Mazda 6 and literally anytime I get work done on on my car that I can’t do myself, I go to Mazda Monroeville. They always send me deals and notifications about recalls in the mail or email. The one guy at the service desk Niko is always there when I get work done and he’s always very polite and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience here of the 10 or so times I’ve used them. Great service!

I purchased my Mazda at another dealership, before I discovered Cochran. I have been taking my Mazda there ever since I found out they handled Mazdas. Recently I had to have the oil changed since I was heading out of town the next day and they fit me in and since they knew I was going to be putting about 1500 miles on they also checked out the car for safety features. Nikko was very personable and is a very conscientious person. My car was taken care of, I had a safe trip. They are the only people that I will let work on my car. They are great.

I purchased a 2017 Mazda in October 2017. Everyone at the dealership was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I got the car I wanted at a lower price than I expected to pay. Nathan was one of the more honest salesman I've personally dealt with. My only issue was the morning after i purchased the vehicle I noticed a fairly large scuff on the driver side fender but I blame myself for not catching it when i took delivery.

Buying a new vehicle was a task that I was dreading. I left happy with the decision I made. It was just my luck that they had something in stock that worked for me. The sales staff was professional and let me have the time to think without any pressure ( I had initially come in for service on my old car).
