I took my car to Cochran Mazda in Monroeville after purchasing from another local dealership where I was quite dissatisfied with the service dept. Cochran Monroeville has been absolutely wonderful! From my initial phone call to dealing with the service coordinator to my continued correspondence with Charlie, the Service Mgr. - incredibly professional and top-notch people. When I buy my next Mazda, I will give their sales team a try and remain with them again for service.
Very helpful! The associate talked me through the preventative service package recommended for my car, answering my questions and offering advice when asked. They were incredibly helpful and understanding as I tailored the service to the price I was willing to pay. Then, the final bill came in well below the starting price! When does that ever happen with car service?? I couldn't have been more pleased with their service.
I had called in prior to visiting the dealership I was told to come on in. When I got there, the whole team was standing there to greet me, they all knew who I was walking in the door and had a car warming up for me to test. The entire team made me feel like a VIP. Charlie worked really hard to get me a fair trade and my perfect Mazda. Chrissy with finance was like an old friend the way we talked as she was completing my paperwork. The GM Mario was also there to shake my hand at the door just wanting to introduce himself since we had spoken on the phone. At no point did any of it feel "pushy" or like they were just trying to sell me something. I have wanted a Mazda for YEARS and am so glad I finally did it. I LOVE my CX 5!!
Had a problem with oil overfill, went back to the Mazda service and manager personally took care of resolving the issue on the spot at no charge. Looks like things are not as bad as I thought with the service after all.
They said it would be a half hour and is was. no high pressure sales also!
